
Super Rich Chocolate Smoothie
All you need is:
1 banana
1 pear
3-4 pitted dates
Small handful of almonds
1/3 glass gluten free rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
2 tbsp spurred buckwheat (optional)
Water or plant based milk
Here’s what you do:
Blend all ingredients together, pour all to your favourite glass and enjoy it whilst it’s fresh.
*Tip: soak almonds and oats overnight for easier digestions.
