Spiced Pear Smoothie
All you need is:
1 banana
1 pear
3-4 pitted dates
Small handful of almonds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Water
Here’s what you do:
Blend all ingredients together, pour all to your favourite glass and enjoy straight away.
Note: if you find nuts and seeds too heavy to digest, soak your almonds a night before, use hulled hemp seeds and add little bit lees than in the recipe (e.g. 1tsp instead of 1tbsp).
