RUDEGOODS washcloth is a very handy kitchen accessory, which can also be used in the bathroom. And an absolutely amazing replacement for those nasty plasticky sponges which shreds microplastics to the water, which ends up in the ocean and sea life creatures ingest them. It's not just a replacement, it's a wonderful replacement, which does its job amazingly and will last for months (at least 6 months, a year or even longer). Once this happens, your washcloth gets old and soggy, it is fully biodegradable so it can go to your compost bin. Again not ending up floating in the ocean. It's basically amazing product, which we love and can not think of replacing with something else.
Made with lots of love for the planet Earth and people.

HOW TO USE WASHCLOTH
Exactly the same as a normal sponge, to wash your dishes, wipe counter tops, clean spillage in the kitchen or use it in the bathroom too. At first it is quite rough and scrubby, but after few weeks of using it will soften up.
RUDEGOODS washcloths are made from natural linen twine and has not been prewashed, so it may shrink a little after first couple of uses. Especially if washed in very high temperatures, so please avoid it. It is machine washable, wash it in not higher than 30 degrees temperature or alternatively hand wash it. Air drying is the best (and most sustainable) option, avoid using dryer when possible, so washcloth will keep its shape and size you bought. In fact you may not wash it at all, as it stays in the water most of the time anyway. In any case we do recommend to sanitise (disinfect) it once in a while. To do so place the cloth in the boiling water, cover with a lid and leave it for 10 - 15 minutes or longer once or twice a month.
Do not worry if it changes the colour, as the twine we use is in a very natural state, so the natural colours of the fibbers washes off and you will have more grey looking washcloth after few weeks or months depending how often you use it.
HOW LONG WILL IT LAST
Depending on your usage, but minimum 6 months to 1 year or even more. We just composted our first one after almost a year of using and only because we have burned it after several times cleaning spilled out milk from the super hot hob :). Once it's worn out completely do not forget to compost it, it's 100% biodegradable.
