Beetroot contain magnesium, iron, potassium, vitamin C, P, B1, B2, PP.

Beets are very useful for the ones working mental work, students, schoolchildren, also children and the elderly.

Their active ingredient enhances the red blood cells, so it’s very beneficial eating them if suffering from anemia.

Beetroot can help to lose weight.

Beetroot is a great gentle laxative. However consumed in large quantities beetroot can cause diarrhea.

It helps to regulate bowel movements and to restore the necessary intestinal flora and inhibit pathogenic bacteria, neutralise toxins and removes them from the body. Therefore it cleans all the inside organs especially liver, as a result it improves entire complexion and general well-being, improves immune system.

In addition, they have one special feature - it synthesises betaine, which helps our body absorb protein.

Recommended to eat raw beets. As heat-treated beets lose lost of nutrients.
