Omega 3 Super Truffles

All you need is:

1/2 glass walnuts

1/4 glass sunflower seeds

3 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp hemp seeds

3+1 tbsp raw cacao powder

4-5 soaked dates

1 tbsp coconut oil

1-2 tbsp coconut sugar

2/3 tbsp oatmeal flour

pinch of himalayan salt

Here’s what you do:

Mill walnuts and sunflower seeds with food processor to fine powder. Add them to the bowl.

To the same bowl add chia and hemp seeds, 3 tbsp cacao powder, soaked and drained dates, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar and oatmeal flour.

Mix everything well with fingers and form small equal balls. Roll them to the left aside 1 tbsp cacao powder (add more if needed), they should be nicely covered.
