Nutty Tahini Dressing

All you need is:

Handful soaked raw cashews

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp peanut butter with no added oil

1 tbsp nutritional east

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Pinch of sea or Himalayan salt

Pinch of black peper

4-6 tbsp filtered water (depending how thick you want your dressing to be)

Here’s what you do:

​Add all ingredients to the high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add 4 tbsp (60ml) water first and see if the texture you get is something you like, if it's too thick add few tbsps more.

Store it in the fridge for up to 1 week.

You can use this dressing for salads or wraps, add few spoons to pasta sauces, it also goes extremely well with falafel.

*Little tip: how to soak cashews. If you are in rush soak them in hot water for 1h or if you have time in cool water 6-8h (or overnight). Second option is better as the result will be smoother.
