Green Mango Inn Smoothie (No 2)
All you need is:
Handful of spinach leaves
Slice of ginger
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1-2 tbsp of sprouted seeds (i used buckwheat and it’s optional)
Here’s what you do:
Blend all ingredients together, pour your smoothie to a small bowl or a glass, top it some sprouted seeds and enjoy!
