All you need is:

1 glass raw cashews

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp coconut sugar

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp sea salt

Pinch of ground cardamom

Here’s what you do:

Preheat oven to 160C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients except cashews, whisk thoroughly to mix. Then add cashews, use your fingers or spoon to combine the mixture with nuts.

Add to baking tray , if you have some paste left over just swirl it over the cashews. Bake your nuts for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and roasted. 

Enjoy as a snack, add to salads, noodles, and soups. Store leftovers in a container with lid at room temperature for 2-3 weeks. Best within the first week!
