Raw Vegan Nutella

All you need is:

1 glass of hazelnuts

1/2 glass of raw plant based milk

1/4 a cup of maple or agave syrup

3 tbsp of raw cacao powder

Here’s what you do:

Soak your nuts for few hours, remove water, add them to your blender along with remaining ingredients and bled it till smooth and creamy. Enjoy with slice of nice vegan bread!

Alternatively you can make roasted nut nutella (it will not be raw anymore, but taste wise closer to the of the shelf non-vegan Nutella. For that instead of soaking bake the hazelnuts at 180C for about ten minutes, then take them out of the oven and allow them to cool. The rest of the process remains the same.
