Naked Tiramisu, No Bake No Headache - Sunday Treats

All you need is:

For 1st layer:

1 glass of ground almonds

1 glass of dates

Pinch of salt

For 2nd layer:

1 glass of almonds soaked for few hours and drained

1 glass of cashews soaked for few hours and drained

8-9 tbsp maple/agave syrup (to taste)

6 tbsp of cocoa powder

1/2 glass of water (alternatively use coconut milk for creamer version)

4 tbsp of coconut oil (melted)

For 3rd layer:

1 1/2 glass of cashews soaked for few hours and drained

1/2 glass of dates soaked for few hours and drained

6-7 tbsp maple/agave syrup (to taste)

1/2 glass of espresso coffee

4 tbsp of coconut oil (melted)

For 4th layer:

1 glass of cashews soaked for few hours and drained

6-7 tbsp maple/agave syrup (to taste)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 glass of water (alternatively use coconut milk for creamer version)

4 tbsp of coconut oil (melted)

Here’s what you do:

1st layer

Combine all 1st layer ingredients in the food processor with an S-shaped blade or using a normal blender. Put the paste evenly to the medium baking dish, rectangular or circle, whichever you prefer more. Put it to the freezer whilst preparing the 2nd layer.

2nd layer

Blend all ingredients until creamy consistency. Taste and add some more sweetener if desired. Pour the paste on the top of 1st layer. Put in the freezer for 40 minutes or until firmly frozen.

3rd layer

Blend all ingredients until creamy consistency. Taste and add some more sweetener if desired. Pour on the top of frozen 2nd layer. Put in the freezer for 40 minutes or until firmly frozen.

4th layer

Blend all ingredients until creamy consistency. Taste and add some more sweetener if desired. Pour on the top of frozen 3rd layer. Put in the freezer for 40 minutes. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on the top.

It’s quite generous size of the cake, you can use half of the original portions to make less. Before serving leave it in the room temperature for 10-15 minutes to defrost and soften. Leftovers keep in the freezer for 8-10 days, although the fresher the better.
