5 Shades of Yellow Smoothie

All you need is:

1 well ripen banana

1 mango

Chunky slice of melon

Small slice of pumpkin

1 tsp ground turmeric

2-4 pitted dates (to taste)

1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Buddle of spurred seeds (optional; I used alfa alfa)

Plant based milk or water

Here’s what you do:

Blend all ingredients together, pour all to your favourite glass and enjoy straight away.
